The programme is designed to help students learn the artistic and technical skills required for shaping the built environment and design processes, using an approach characterised by the trinity of architecture, interior design and furniture design.
A close teacher-student collaboration forms the basis of the programme, and the small number of students per studio allows for a classic master-student dialogue. In addition to individual design work, the Institute also places a strong emphasis on complex teamwork.
After graduation, there are opportunities to intern at international and Hungarian architecture firms. Fresh graduates can work as visual designers, whereas pursuing an independent career in architecture requires completion of the MA programme.

Organised with professional support from MOME for the 3rd year in a row, the CheckINN Revitaliser idea competition invited university students from across Hungary to submit plans for the revitalisation of approximately 12,000 hectares of unused rust zone and brownfield sites in the country for potentially touristic purposes. The winning team, whose members include several MOME students, focused on rejuvenating the barren Pilis-tető by repurposing its abandoned buildings and restoring the surrounding natural environment.
A team of MOME students have won first place at the CheckINN Revitalisator competition. First launched by the CheckINN Turisztikai Innovációmenedzsment Kft and MOME last year, the competition invites university and college talents to seek solutions for the reuse of rust zone sites in teamwork. From the nearly 30 teams, INDOOHÁZ received the first prize for giving new life to abandoned railway water reservoirs as bivouacs for backpackers.
Summer came to an end with a truly unique event held in the buildings of the Inota Thermal Power Plant in Várpalota. The INOTA - Audiovisual Festival at the power plant event series had several MOME affiliations, as collected below.
