It Seemed Possible for a Moment
A new exhibition titled It Seemed Possible for a Moment will open soon, tracing the history and archive of the NA-NE Gallery, an independent art space active in the 90s.
Curated with the involvement of Design Theory MA students, the exhibition revisits a moment of cultural shift, when alternative spaces began to emerge in place of institutional art venues. NA-NE offered a platform for artists who were excluded from official exhibition venues during the years of uncertainty following the regime change. The project was developed as part of the Curatorial Studies specialisation at MOME, within the course ‘The Theory and Practice of Exhibition-Making’.
Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until 15 July 2025
