Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design
MOME Emotions
Project overview
The Foundation for Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design launched its Patronage Programme in 2021, specifically to support initiatives that aim to strengthen the MOME community, resulting in the conception of MOME Fine Art, and as part of it, the MOME EMOTIONS exhibition.
The spectacular works featured in the temporary exhibitions of MOME EMOTIONS give new impulses to the University community to collect and catalogue the works of their collaborators and artists, and to preserve them for the future by placing them in ever new contexts.
Head of the Art and Design Management MA programme at MOME Kinga German, and artists she invited were the first to undertake the task of using their skills to make the new campus authentic and feel like home. The exhibiting artists Emese Benczúr and Szilárd Cseke were both featured at the Venice Biennale and their work is strongly connected to the University.
