Lili Érmezei is a strategist and organizational psychologist with extensive experience in strategy consulting, design leadership, and psychology.

Biography

With over 12 years spent in Helsinki, Finland, she has been instrumental in leading and developing strategies for renowned global Finnish brands.

She holds an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool, and an MA in Visual Communication Photography from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Budapest (MOME).

Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at MOME University, having been granted the Cooperative Doctoral Program fellowship by the National Research, Development, and Innovation Office. She is a research fellow at Future Potentials Observatory Nonprofit LLC, focusing on organisational future-proofing.
