The core task of the Weaving Workshop is to provide students studying woven fabric design with theoretical and practical knowledge in weaving technology and fabric structure from the basics of weaving to digital fabric design. Samples, experimental textiles and even unique larger format works can be created in the workshop by hand weaving. The woks may be produced on a table loom or a large loom with 4-6 shafts, or a digitally controlled handloom with 24 shafts.
