Dear MOME Alumni,
Class reunions are a fantastic way to reconnect with old university friends, reminisce about your time at MOME years, and share share updates from your personal and professional lives. Our goal is to ensure that every MOME community, big or small, has the chance to stay connected and maintain valuable relationships. That’s why, alongside the annual MOME Alumni Garden Party, the Student Hub is delighted to help with organising smaller, self-organised reunions. We’ve put together a helpful guide to assist you with planning.

How to organise a class reunion
Choosing a venue
After prior coordination, we’re happy to offer MOME Campus spaces free of charge for your reunion. We’ll also arrange any technical equipment you might need, such as a projector or microphone, based on your requirements.
Confirming the date
If the event is taking place on the MOME Campus, please confirm the date at least three months in advance with both your potential guests and the MOME Student Hub.
Programme and catering
Whether your group would enjoy games, a screening, music, or food and drinks, be sure to plan your event activities in advance! MOME can also help with catering arrangements.
Creating invitations
The Student Hub will help with creating your invitations. Simply give us the date, location, programme, and any contributions from attendees, and we’ll send you the personalised invitations.
Communication
Share your event on social media or invite your friends via email. We are also happy to send personalised email invitations.
Reminder email
As the event date approaches, it's a good idea to remind your attendees about the reunion using the same communication channels.
Preparations at the venue
Arrive on time, and our MOME staff will have prepared the space and set up the technical equipment according to your needs.
Welcoming guests
We’ll provide directional signs to help guide guests to the reunion location.
Photography
Upon request, we can arrange a photographer to capture the best moments of the event.
Sharing photos and memories
We hope your reunion is everything you hoped for. We will upload the photos taken at the event to a photo album on the MOME website and inform the event’s participants and organisers when the photos are available. Feel free to share your reunion photos on social media to inspire other MOME alumni to reconnect!
