Enrolment
Enrolment for BA students will take place on Wednesday, 27 August 2025 at 02:00 p.m., and for MA students on Friday, 29 August 2025 at 09:00 a.m. in the Auditorium of the University’s MASTER Building on Zugligeti út (H-1121 Budapest, Zugligeti út 9-25, MASTER Building 1st floor).
Onboarding Days opening event, presentations and freshers' gifts:
- 27 August 2025 (Wednesday) from 09:30
- MOME Campus, MASTER building, 1st floor Auditorium
Please make sure to bring the following documents with you for enrolment:
- Personal identification card
- Social Security Number
- Tax Identification Number
- Bank account number
- Secondary school leaving certificate (original and 1 photocopy) – for BA students
- Degree certificate from a previous higher education institution (original and 1 photocopy) – for MA students
- Language certificate, if applicable (original and 1 photocopy)
- Copy of birth certificate
- 2 passport-sized photos
- Official documentation of any special circumstances, disabilities, etc., if applicable (original and 1 photocopy)
Enrolment must be completed in person at the specified time above. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may authorise a representative to enrol on your behalf, using a legally valid, signed authorisation letter witnessed by two individuals, provided the representative brings all the above-mentioned documents.
Prior to your enrolment, please complete our data verification form, which you can access in Neptun via Menu / Administration / Requests / Available request forms. The form can be completed until midnight on August 24.
Please keep an eye out for email updates from the Student Service Centre and Registrar’s Office regarding enrolment.
