You will use this site to manage the majority of your administrative activities such as enrolling as an active student for the semester, registering for the courses that you will be taking, fulfilling your financial obligations, submitting requests, registering for exams, or double-checking your final grades at the end of the semester. You will receive your personal Neptun login access together with the admission decision from the Registrar’s Office. You can log into the Neptun system with your unique Neptun identifier (6-digit code) and your password (for your first login, this will be your date of birth: NeYYYYMMDD (e.g. 20000114 if you were born on 14 January 2000). If you experience any difficulties when logging into the system, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

Visiting students (both Erasmus and Free mover) will receive an official transcript of records at the end of the semester. Students should check with their home university their study programme and courses (as well as credits) at MOME before starting mobility.
Student ID card
Student ID card and temporary student ID
Student ID cards are issued to our active students who are enrolled in our full-time programmes. Requesting a student ID card is a two-step process. Our full-degree students must first visit a Government Office and apply for a NEK Identification number with their passport / ID card. Once obtained the NEK ID number, you must request a student ID card in Neptun. When your card has arrived your coordinator at the Registrar’s Office will notify you. The student ID cards will be supplied with a sticker for each semester, which you can pick up at the Registrar's Office (TIK). Temporary student ID’s are issued to our visiting students and full-degree students while they are waiting for the permanent student ID card.
Our Erasmus and other visiting students, who are studying at MOME for a shorter period will be eligible for a temporary student card. The temporary student card will be issued by your Erasmus coordinator.
